We sprout our chickpeas. The process takes 3 days which makes the nutrients bio-available to our body. We rinse, soak 12 hours , rinse again , sprout 24 hours, dehydrate for 24 hours. You’ll also find that it facilitates our digestion.
Making Sprouted Chickpeas Flour is easy simply pour the dehydrated sprouted chickpeas in your blender, around 2 cups, and blend. This process will vary depending on type of blender, experiment to find what works best. To bring it back to its fresh state or to eat it as a cereal, simply pour the dehydrated chickpeas into a bowl and cover with water for 8 hours or overnight for next day breakfast. Et voilà!
