We sprout our quinoa. The process takes 36 hours which makes the nutrients bio-available to our body. We rinse, soak overnight , rinse again , dehydrate for 24 hours. Quinoa sprouts in the water while soaking. You’ll also find that it facilitates our digestion. Quinoa is a complete protein, it has the 7 essential amino acids.
Making Sprouted Quinoa Flour is easy, simply pour the dehydrated sprouted quinoa in your blender, around 2 cups, and blend. This process will vary depending on type of blender, experiment to find what works best. To bring it back to its fresh state or to eat it as a cereal, simply pour into a bowl and cover with water for 4 – 6 hours or overnight for next day breakfast. Et voilà!
