We sprout our quinoa and chickpeas. The process takes 2 days, 3 days for chickpeas, which makes the nutrients bio-available to our body. We rinse, soak overnight , rinse again , sprout chickpeas for 24 hours, quinoa sprouts while soaking and dehydrate for 24 hours. You’ll also find that it facilitates our digestion.
