Thaw the juice partially by placing the jar in warm water for about 10-15 minutes. Warm water only, hot water will break the jar. Keep the water below the lid level so water doesn’t make its way into the jar. Return the jar to the freezer.
It is not recommended to refreeze if the entire jar of juice has been thawed. If some juice is still frozen, keep the thawed juice in your refrigerator and keep the frozen part in the freezer.
Recipes below mention warm water or steam until warm. Keeping your beverage below 115F or 46 Celcius will preserve more enzymes and nutrients.
